There are different laws for flash for cash and he's just doing his job. If that bloke with the vidcam has time to stop and take footage like that, then he's got time to get a job

There are public privacy laws, but this bloke is at work, so im not sure what the ruling is.

Lets not get to excited , law is written its how its practiced , and the only time its inacted is with the rich pompass asses , use it for there own benefit

Im with you tim I thought its only it you record a persons voice alone that you need there concent. When I did my secrity course a few yrs ago they said u can have a vidio camera pointed over looking your nabours back yard and record them and there not a thing anyone can do as long as its positioned on your own property so I guess same rules apply.

Nope they told me if u could see inside someones Window with say there going for it u can get them in the shit for being in public view obviously you in the shit if you on there land lol. In SA speed camera operators run on a 7am - 11pm roster anyway haha
