Good on him for putting himself in clear view rather than hiding in a bush/rubbish bin..

There are different laws for flash for cash and he's just doing his job. If that bloke with the vidcam has time to stop and take footage like that, then he's got time to get a job :twisted:

There are public privacy laws, but this bloke is at work, so im not sure what the ruling is.
It all comes down to how you ride it.....

Lets not get to excited , law is written its how its practiced , and the only time its inacted is with the rich pompass asses , use it for there own benefit

Im with you tim I thought its only it you record a persons voice alone that you need there concent. When I did my secrity course a few yrs ago they said u can have a vidio camera pointed over looking your nabours back yard and record them and there not a thing anyone can do as long as its positioned on your own property so I guess same rules apply.
Aiming it at your neighbors bathroom window might be a different story!!

Nope they told me if u could see inside someones Window with say there going for it u can get them in the shit for being in public view obviously you in the shit if you on there land lol. When they told me the I thought bull shat. Maybe the laws have changed since then if not they should who wants the old perve next door recording stuff ia your back yard.........

In SA speed camera operators run on a 7am - 11pm roster anyway haha
