By selling the rr and buying a 6 Joe obviously included his manhood in the deal :)

Some people would say that it should be included, :) hang on don't you ride a 6 Rob

Joe,
I am sad for you but understand the want for a newer bike that you can just rock up to the track and push a button to start and not worried about anything going wrong or finding parts. 600's are fantastic fun!

Kev,
Welcome to the zx7rr club :D Ride it the way it was meant to be ridden, look after her and you will be rewarded! They still have a timless beauty and Its a great feeling when you mix it with the newer bikes.

Congrats on the sale and the purchase :kuda: :)

Nothing wrong with the 07-08's on the track, but the extra power & BPF make an 09+ a no-brainer. For the track I'd take an 07-08 before a 636. For the road I'd take an 07-08 with a full system before a 636 :kuda:

Thanks all, I'm looking forward to years of racing ahead. Although most know exactly what Joe's RR looks like, I will post a pic of the massive smile on my happy dial as soon as she's comfy in her new home. As for Joe's manhood, yeah he threw that in for free but I don't think I'll post a pic of that. :P

That's the plan Mick as long as the planets align and I don't have the kiddies on the same day/weekend they're racing. Unfortunately I can't make the Barry this year but hopefully I'll be out there next year.

That's what made my ride days great maxi, getting past GSXr, R1, CBRs and a few 10 on a 16 year old bike :kuda:
and following you around on your 7RR at the island for a session
