Fitzy, u were born in the wrong era... back in the 70's early 80's we sort of could do what we liked, cops didnt have the shit they do today.
Any of the older guys here could tell u....
Hell i got 6 months for 248kph and pissed, with a mate on the back with no helmet, and he attacked the HWP when he finally ran me down in a full spec vk dunnydoor.
Didnt bat a eyelid back then.. and some other things i wont,/cant print......
Times are a changing... thats life.. why i dont ride on the road much anymore, and no, i dont like it..

and yes i still have the front page of a newspaper, ie, 1979 of 186ks over the limit in a built up area, so they said??? cops and newspaper, but i wouldnt know, was to busy lookin where i was tryin to go.......... get a life princess

Cheer up champ no matter how many coppers are after me/you your passion for riding will never die at least not mine anyways. There's always going to be assholes in the world, question is how do you go about dealing with it

at one stage about 20 years ago between mittagong and goulburn on the hume hway there used to be a copper in an old blue dodge ute with a couple of hay bales in the back working with a highway patrol car i know this for a fact as it cost me $140 for passing the ute

you do realise the the NSW police academy is located @ goulburn and that stretch of,..... if you could call it a road is the training ground

for all the new rookies looking to get their first bluey under the belt
NSW Police Academy. The Goulburn campus boasts a well-equipped gym as well as bicycles, walking tracks and access to golf clubs.

Hey STUZRX do you know Big Ben from Lismore with the GSX1400? Not far from you. He used to work in the bike shop in Lismore.
