But with that said, its an orange tree just how many leaves can it drop? Plus you are well within your rights to trim any branches on your side.
Its the oranges themself plus he has this red belly tree that grows of it ..looks like an attempt at graphing.

Im really sorry if there are Greenie on this forum but this tree needs to rest.

:D

Aha, i know of these shit things (red belly) that do make a home in other trees, right then f#ck it, just poison the christ out of it in the root system, do the nails and drill the holes and top up daily with whatever.

I aint no Greenie, i love a good tree they make great products, keep my house and family warm all through Winter and allow me to have ripper Bon Fires on a Saturday night when its cold. :kuda:

Baddie wrote:Looking for tips how to slowly kill off the neighbours tree?.

My neighbours’ orange trees hangs over my fence dropping all its old oranges/ leaves into my pool, and I’m sick of asking the F### wit to cut it back.

So I’m looking for a good tip to slowly kill of his tree off. (Yes… I’m able to get access to the root system…hehehehe)

Cheers
The EVIL neighbour.

First world problems.....

I wouldn't be poisoning or sneaking into someone else's property. Sounds like a good way to get yourself in the shit for the sake of a tree!

What's wrong with chainsawing the branches that cross over your side? No need to kill it - you get the tree / branches / leaves / oranges, etc from falling on your property, and they get to keep their tree. Win-win. Everyone's happy.

Why go to the lengths of poisoning it?

Used to have this problem. Cut the stuff off that was hanging over my side and threw it back over the fence.

I realise that, but some may not. Who knows what the state of mind of the average "how to deal with a neighbours treee" Googler is?

Used to use diesel while spraying when it was cheap. Now everyone uses paraquat. But you don't want to play with that shit death for you will be slow and painfully if you get some on you.
Bit of 2-4 D might work? Smells a bit though...

smithy5 wrote:+1 for the copper nails. Sneek in when they are not home. Dig just below the ground around the trunk and hammer a few nails in then replace the soil to cover your tracks. Make sure you counter sink the nails as they might see them when they dig out the dead tree.
This ;)

".....I’m sick of asking the F### wit to cut it back."

BOO FARKING HOO - Buddy have a look at your reflection in your pool and see if you can spot the F###wit. You have the answer, supported by the law, cut back what overhangs your yard. Too hard?
