If they (MM) do have the parts you're after in the warehouse, I honestly believe you wouldn't have had any probs.

It's when the parts aren't there and availible for them to ship to you and the parts are on a back order, this is where the delay comes into it.They are waiting for a full shippment from their supplier not just the part you have ordered but a heap of different parts from the one supplier and this can take forever. When it does show up they then unpack the shippment and restock their shelves then pick the orders then post..

If it's something like Spiegler brake lines you're after which are a great set of lines, allow an extra week for them as they have to be made for your model bike and in the colours of your choice..

Good luck with it Jmac....(If you do choose to try them again)
Email them and have them confirm they have the stock you're after prior to payment
I guess it's better to receive the parts a little late than to get ripped off and not receive the parts at all...
But totally agree, being paying customers we should be kept in the loop...and not left waiting as long as you have.
So you were refunded the bucks yeah..?

finding freight to be the real issue atm

have had alot of stuff from hk and mainland china stuck in customs for upto a month recently; no idea why
stuff from europe seems to be ok

i find paying a little more for a traked package is the go, you can then tell exactly where the fcuk it is and whose fault it is for you stuff being awol

I've ordered quite a bit from Morepower Racing in the US and found they were fantastic. Great communication, delivery was two weeks and the fender eliminator was exactly as pictured and described.

I'll certainly shop there again!

Highly recommended.

Yeah, I pay extra for fedex over usps as they have local support here whereas USPS is delivered and handled in australia via Aus post which is fcked - both track packages here, the diff is Aus post sends it back if it's 'undeliverable' and it isn't tracked on the way back - adios! Fedex is held here if not delivered at a depot. Worth an extra $50 for a decent order.

Me too, I found them more than helpful. If possible I would prefer to buy here and on most occasions I am prepared to pay a little premium to do that. Road Rocket were great, as is site sponsor Superbike Supply.

sportbiketrackgear.com. Have bought a bunch of stuff from them - all reasonably priced, good service every time.

My experience with motomummy is i ordered and exhaust once and they contacted me next day to say it would take 2 weeks to get parts. I blew up and they refunded my paypal payment then
I ordered from someone else..

I think the guy just takes your money first, then orders
Parts then ships..ie he does not hold any stock..A con
