Wow! Amazing that some of these guys call themselves mechanics.
Surely they've been to TAFE or whatever and have countless hours of training and experience... far more than you'll ever accumulate in a lifetime. Surely this all adds up to them > you when it comes to servicing your bike?
Does remind me of painters though... If you want to paint your house properly, do it yourself... but if you want it done quick and dirty, pay someone. The prices some of these mechanics charge though it's questionable whether they are even quicker than a DIY job.
