Each of the visiting races created a hybrid species of what is commonly known as Homo Sapiens.
The experiment was initially created to evaluate the possibilty of advancing the indigenous population (Neanderthals)
to a higher state of conciousness in order to join the Galactic federation of Species.
The Neanderthals were promptly wiped out by the more agressive and yet inferior Homo Sapien Species,
belief systems were then initiated to control the now swelling populations of agressive Homo's but with only short term success as
the Homo's then used that as an excuse to slaughter each other as well.
Political and Monetary Systems have also failed because you are a wild and uncontrollably greedy and selfish Species....
Hence the Termination order.....
It will be carried out once we can find an honest rich man and a 14 yr old virgin to countersign....
