update. Bike is a shitter. Almost no compression in one cylinder. Shite in two. Fourth good. What to do?

As said get an airbox
You will struggle to get it to run without an air box even with compression. You need to balance the fuel bowl pressure with the intake pressure you could do it with pods but it would be a mission to get correct.
Is it valves or rings that are the issue? It could have had crap drop in and holding the valves open.
I just did a top end freshen up before I fitted the turbo cost about $300 for parts from part shark

airbox on it now. Mechanic said no compression in 1 cylinder - bottom end gone. Running on three and a half until 3500 revs now. Revving good to 10000.

Reuse your pistons, clean up the cylinder and bang it back together. Probably the cheapest you can get away with.

Rings it is. Compression 25 to 180 with oil back to 25 again.
