Back on the road again.
New chain and sprockets, clean oil, new filter and cleaned oil screens.
Sounds a different motor.
Still, with no fairing it is a bit windy and light in the front end at pace 100+.
But at least its a goer again.

good to hear. They are a great bike the original Ninja.
Worth doing the 17" front wheel conversion too if you want the best tyres available.

A3 on?
Getting to be like hens teeth now, the financial controller is already telling me I have over capitalised on the bike.
But stiff shit, it's my toy.

good strong bikes
i have 2 sitting in my back yard starting to look sad now

i rode 1 till the (ive gone blank...)little black box just under the tank started playing up would idle run then once running for about 5 mins would not run properly only worked this out by plugging in another from my other 900 and the problem dissapeared so it was parked and i just rode the other 900r up until the day i got the 12....
had planned on riding the 900 to and from work etc and the 12 only as a weekend toy.....
after a week on the 12 i unfortunately couldnt go back to the 9 so they were parked down the back with the various other sad looking toys awaiting for my time to make em all perdy again and pass them on
however one of the 9s i plan to soon hopefully give it some love and throw it up on fleabay or potentially a mate is looking at giving me 1500 as it sits as he was around yesterday dropped a battery in her some fuel in its guts and she fired almost instantly....
so will see how things go
but they are a good strong bike
