I may even have to buy another bike with all the klms I intend on doing now!!! Well, once the body let's me :( :( Fuggin Polyarthralgia!!! Wish it would just fugg off!!

I want to be able to hop on my bike on Friday after work, with all the gear I will need and not come home till Sunday night! Then, in another 12 months when I have some holidays, I am going to do what I have always had on my bucket list and try and do a lap of Oz. Depends on how much leave I want to use, but, I reckon I could at least do a fair bit of it in two or even three weeks....! Anyone wanna come for all or part??? I might start a thread with a 2012 departure date! Maybe January 2012! that sounds like a great time! Well, apart from the cyclones and floods up north that time of year, but it certainly would add to the challenge!!

Sounds good Marty,

Mate did our trip that time of year and to be honest the worst wind we saw was a bit north from Renna Springs in NT. The wind was so strong it ripped canopies off 4wd's and garage doors right out of the runner and straight across the road. We actually had to hold ontot he bikes to make sure they stanyed upright. It was a long bloody 45mins'

Didnt have issues with the rain

Alot of riding to do in just 2-3 weeks though

http://www.ksrc-au.com/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 49&t=21951

It was actuially brought up the oher day that we still intend on doing the souht loop across the Nullabor and up to Broome

Good to hear you are being positive about your problems..re your trip though, I think you should change your weeks to months, she's a big bit of dirt..when I did it I got stuck in alice for 6 weeks, just cause I could.

Hi all and thanks for the kind words.........well......from some of you.......

Although it's still a very sad situation and I am still torn a little, as I do love Tatyana, the realisation that I will be happier on my own keeps me forging ahead. 8)

Only one now!

Tatyana took off yesterday and took Ozkar with her  . I do not know where they have gone and I do not what situation she has put Ozkar in, but unfortunately, she is using him as emotional ammunition to get back at me for being the one to terminate the relationship. However, I consulted every possible avenue yesterday to try and keep him here. Solicitor, Police & even the RSPCA to try and stop her, but at the end of the day, I will have to take her to court! :x

But, all she has won is a small battle, I have amazing determination and persistance. She lacks both of those, so one way or the other I will get him back. It may be over a longer period than may be best for Ozkar, but I will get him back eventually and he will be back with someone who puts the time into him which such a sweet little boy deserves.

Poor little Zsa Zsa was a little freaked out by the whole experience. T went a little psycho and lost the plot. Made threats, verbally abused me. I thankfully recorded it, so that if she makes a complaint, I have evidence that I was the calm, rational and accommodating one in the interaction. (Both my solicitor and the police suggested I do this. They both said it is legal to do so and can be used as evidence. So I have a 12 minute tirade recorded to protect me, as she was threatening to tell the police that I had made threats to her, both verbally and physically. I have that part on tape where she threatened me with it and i replied that I hadn't done either of those and she said it doesn't matter if it happened or not, the police will believe me. Well, not now, as i have it recorded and have already emailed it to the plice for their records. While all this was going on, Ozkar and Zsa Zsa are literally cowering behind my legs to try and get away from the aggression coming out of T. The poor little things just didn't understand what was going on, they thought they had done something wrong. Poor little Zsa Zsa wet herself literally!!!  It took me half of last night to settle her down and stop the nervous reactions to everything. How Ozkar is, I don't know, as I don't know where he is. But I would imagine that the agression, combined with being removed from his home and possibly taken to a temporary home without his dad, without his new big sister who he adores and not in HIS home, I am pretty sure he will be feeling very insecure right now. :(

It is now a process of arbitration, then when that fails, into the family law courts to determine property settlement. Thankfully, my mouthpiece has said that the magistrate when she or he sees the financial input from myself over the last 12 months and looks at hers, they will laugh at any claim on my property she makes. So with that, I am not concerned about the result, just that the process is long, arduous and emtionally charged. It's not going to be fun, but Ozkar's interests come first and I am not convinced that she is looking after him as she should be.

On a positive note, she has left the building!! :kuda: Apart from coming back to get the remainder of her things, she no longer lives here!! That in itself is a weight off my shoulders. 8)

I wasn't feeling all that great this morning, so called in sick and am going to spend the day keeping Zsa Zsa entertained and make sure the changes don't effect her too much. She had a long weekend last weekend with me, so she will think it's normal. I have planned a trip to the pet store to get dry food and treats and some new toys for her to play with. Some bones to chew on and some mince chicken. Then, I will take her for a walk in the dandenongs, where she can sniff out and point at some birds, then flush them out for me. I think this little girl has some strong hunting instincts, so was perhaps bred as a gun dog specifically, rather than a show dog. Which accounts for her small size, as the show breeders breed for larger dogs and often the size of the dog isn;t important to a hunter. More important is the ability to track, flush and retrieve. I have seen her track, point and flush, but I need to get hold of a gun to see if she will retrieve too!! I know a few birds i'd like to shoot! ;)
