People whinge about HWP picking on all the pizzly little traffic offences. Guess what, that's their job. It's what they're paid to do. Some may show more descretion than others, but ultimately if your getting a ticket it's because you broke the governators laws. If you get let off, your lucky. I don't enter these arguments usually. And I probably won't have much to say after this, but I will be reading and waiting untill this "discussion" goes the same way as all the others.
