All I did was hit the rear guard with a stanley knife.
I traced out the line that I wanted to take first, then in I went. Once the initial incision was made, the cutting process was remarkably easy... It ended up looking like the Canadian model's rear guard.

That's the same as what mine is like but I added the rego label above the plate. I just realised I need to put the new label in the tube.

Sometimes I wonder why I am going to fit the fender eliminator since it looks fine the way it is.

Mine is the same, I did it with Big Guy in the shed with a hacksaw
In the first photo you can see the line marked out, the the second the plate is back on.
BTW, looking at those photos I didnt even recognise my own bike

Nelso, where did you get those indicators? They are the same as what i have on mine but i busted a couple in the off i had.
