According to Google maps from Mount Annan I'd take the Campbelltown rd exit to get into the Ingleburn industrial area, so I'd get off the M5 just before Brooks rd.

If you're going to work in Ingleburn stay away from the M5 altogether, try hopping over it at Raby Road or something, it will be more hassle than it's worth just getting on and off, and they're doing roadworks widening it anyway at the moment. Hit Camden Valley Way and then go over M5 on Raby Road or something.
