I'm with ya Gos.
I am Aiming for 100kg's by Jan 1, 2011. That will make a 25kg loss in 6 months if I do..
Currently sitting on 110.5kg's (Yes, that's 15kg's off since I started in the shrinking leathers thread)
We can keep each other honest and on target...

What a great idea. I should do it to. 123kg, and you are taller than me Gos...

ZRX would go shitloads better with less weight on board.

Cheaper than pipe cams etc

I feel I should join this hundred club (about 116 myself) but can't commit to eating healthy. I just find bad food far too tempting. Maybe when I set my gym back up I might find a bit of motivation. [sarcasm] Good on Gos for making the rest of us fat bastards feel guilty! [/sarcasm]

Gos,
Good luck mate. I recently had a work health check, Didn't go so well. Eitherway, I'm similar in weight to you at the moment and just bought myself a road pushie.
Last weekend I did 58km's to Williamstown and back and if the rain holds off tomorrow morning I'll be riding into the docklands.
Hoping to atleast get fit knowing that the scales will eventually catch up.

Imagaine what your scales will say to you when you work up the courage to put both feet on them D

They reckon the first place you lose weight is your boobs...
Blokes = Good
Girls = not so good.

Wait till you get to 40, then it'll be pretty easy.
Good going Gos, I dropped 6 kg to get myself under 82 and the overall benefits in terms of Blood Pressure etc have been pretty incredible.
I run 6klm,s 3 - 4 days per week, but found losing the weight had far more to do with what I threw down my gullet then exercising. I pretty well cut out all the crap, and just got used to eating less. Most days I eat fruit and yoghurt during the day instead of sandwich's etc for lunch. You feel like your starving at first but you get used to it.

cheers all for the support - it's very encouraging !
I did another 15min session on the pushie machine at the gym today, and managed 6.4km. Rowing machine is good for the guts

6 minutes to row 1km.....NFI if that is good or bad or what....
For the rest of you lot out there who are well up over 100kegs - Get Into It ! Feel free to use this thread to bung up your efforts to drop the kilo's. I will only be doing a photo update of the scales every Thursday, and don't really expect anything to change much between now and the end of October.......but time will tell....
