hear hear..

i hate buying stuff and not drinking it..it is created to be drunk, so fill 'er up!! no matter the cost of it. my bottle of Remy Martin cost some stupid amount, but its half empty (or is it half full?) because i also have shared it with my friends, giving them a taste of something alot of them wouldnt normally buy. i guess i like to expand peoples palate if i get the chance..

Grange is on my to do list as well as a 30-50 year old whisky, a 50 year old brandy, and the crown ambassador reserve beer (gets released on monday 2 aug) check it out: http://crownbeverages.com.au
but its still $90 for a long neck..

Oh i agree on the buying to drink... I don't cellar wine... just buy it already cellared by someone else...

I don't have the patience to wait for things to age! (probably goes to many facets of my life)...
