1. What is a browser and where do I find it ?
What software do you use to surf the Internet? Typically this will be one of either Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Google Chrome (or Lynx if you're a nerd or Netscape Navigator if you're into ancient history

). Which one do you use?

If Safari is already installed maybe try it out. Otherwise, having re-read your original post I don't think it's a javascript issue. Can you take a screenshot of the page once you've clicked the "Add file" button.

OK I think I fixed it...........
I found the reset Internet Explorer (thanks Seiko) and now I can upload pics, but they are very very slow to load

I think the pic's might be the reason it is slow to load................ I crop them and resize them but they still appear in the post as massive (zoomed in) and they are cut in half

i think your not resizing down enough, 640x480 & 800x600 will make sure the pics small enough to load reasonably and not go over the "right edge" like they often do when closer to 1200 wide. its a real mishmash of screen sizes & resolutions out there.
