As Plas pointed out, I ditched Foxtel as soon as I found out they had lost the contract to show the GP.

I'll just watch it on One and download the SBK races.

ONE will show full replays of all MotoGP races, all qualifying races and highlights of 125cc and 250cc races in prime time each week following the race. Extensive pre-race shows will also feature on ONE hosted by Greg Rust and Daryl Beattie.
Who wrote that article? there is no 250cc class anymore is there :?

Not exactly, mate. Scroll back up to my post, with the linked article. All the European rounds won't be live.

I know press releasees can be wordy, but the first paragraph seems to suggest live event coverage including moto2 and 125s...

Ok so having read it all now :P it's clear... All qualifying and all races for all categories will be LIVE ON ONE HD... channel 10 for those of you in the stone age will show PI Malaysia and japan and maybe china live as well as Indy and laguna seca... It will have full delayed coverage of all euro rounds...

So I you have one HD.... There is nothing to complain about... Every race will be live...

That's such BS. They take it off FOX & then can't be botherd showing it live because they have crap like 'You think you can dance' :(
God that pisses me off
didn't realise they ran GPs midweek Joe...

You can get HD set top boxes cheap. I got one on special for about $50 about 8 months ago and it's great.

Ten will simulcast LIVE the Australian MotoGP round from Philip Island as well as other MotoGP events in the Australasian time zone and those taking place in America. All other MotoGP races will be broadcast on same-day delay on TEN around 11 pm.
Or is this incorrect? :?

I was responding to the above comment.
So whatever they have on on a Sunday night is crap bootyshake.gif

Didn't I say that half a page back....I wish you lot would learn to fuggin read :P :P

Seriously though, I don't reckon we'll know what the story is until they actually start broadcasting. No doubt at some point there will be a conflict between the MotoGp and the North Texas Bull Riding Championships or the World Poker Chamionship or some other quality sport the OneHD broadcasts and the Moto GP will get bumped

channel ten has a completely different shecdule to ONE HD...the first statement in the press release glen quoted has your answer for ONE HD... all qualifying and all races for all classes LIVE...

channel ten will only live broadcast the aussie race, japan, malaysia and the two US GPs as they fall on monday morning so dont interrupt any other normal prgram

thats all a possibility, but why speculate until it happens? :? i actually think that ONE HD will do this, its a sports channel, unlike ch10 which has a viewing base that doesnt centre on other programs (like the above mention dance program and idol and others)

the only program i can think that may bump a motogp race the IPL but that only goes for another 6 weeks, so we'll just have to wait and see...
