A small $2 padlock through their front disk or around a spoke would in some small way alert them to the degree of your pissedoffedness...

I have a silver scooter at work that parks dead centre in one carspace. Meaning that the bikes who get in later cant all fit in.
Monday, i parked the fucker in and then left late just to piss them off. I think ill take that sign and put it on the scooter.

hahaha yea i had a good laugh at work a few weeks a go, it was very windy and there was a scooter with a screen that was like 1 meter high!
scooter blew straight over hahaha then some kind person stood it back up and it was instantly blown back over
