here's a tip we learnt -
the 000 people will ask you how old the person is. DO NOT tell them the truth, always say you think they're mid or late 20's. This is because they will prioritise resources to younger people first.
This has happened at a very serious acco witnessed by the Honda Rider, and to myself also.
