Daryle Beattie and Kevin Macgee in the Qantas club at Melbourne airport after the world supers in 01/02?? Had a chat with them for a few minutes in the que to check in and then again in the lounge. Didn't talk bikes, talked girls and beer!
Had dinner with Wayne Gardner at the Isle of wight a few years back at the world supers.
Went to School with Jim Williams (former Wallaby and current Assistant Coach for the Wallabies) Except I always knew him as Wayne williams. His dad's name was Jim also, so his mum and thus all his school friends called him Wayne.
There's a few moe but I couldn't be fucked. Another night!

I was in the last ballot for National Service....luckily didn't get called up...this song always reminds me how luck I was.
FAMOUS...the best - Catriona Rowntree at a travel expo in Canberra. She asked me if I wanted her job which everyone apparently wanted...Said no just wanted to carry her bags...she gave me a signed autograph with "Persistence leads to success" but she lied, I never carried her bags and then the cheating bitch went and married some rich farmer...women...

Does 9 years as a music jurno/photographer count? I have met, interviewed, photographed and sometimes partied with many hard rock / metal stars from the 80s & 90s. But I'm not going to pull out 'that' picture again.

I initially thought nope, haven't met any. Then I remembered being on stage with the Presidents of the United States and in the backstage rooms with Greenday. I also pressed Phil Jamieson from Grinspoon above my head and threw him back on stage etc back when I was working concerts. He thought it was awesome.

I never really pay much attention to how famous people are though so I tend to forget about meeting them. There's plenty of footy players and other sports people I know too but I don't really think of them as being famous, until we go somewhere and people start staring. I can tell you that Michael Middleton can run like a spider with his crutches and his good prosthetic leg though. It's actually pretty cool to watch.

have meet hoffy on more tha one occassion
but, seriously have been working as an air-chef for Qantas for almost 10 years, meet lot's of high profile people, the most impressive one was on a long nonstop flight between here and LA, Professor Julius Sumner Miller (yes guys, a cup and a half

) who was flying home with his wife. He was a student of Albert Einstein. What a mind, too busy if you asked me and had the impression, that having that vast knowledge was borderline scary

certailnly worrying ,
On a lighter note, during my travels in Europe, in Saint Tropez I was almost run over by a compact car driven by Brigitte Bardot........she still looked OK (1979)

Earlier this year I went for a ride with this guy called Marty.
I did not recognise him but he told me he was famous.
I think he was some kind of porn star.
