When I made the switch from my track 7 to the track 636, I hated it.. I was 5 sec slower, thing wanted to wheelie and shake its head everywhere, front end didn't seem as secure, couldn't lock into the tank properly; coming from the rock solid 7 this thing was trying to buck me off every corner at every track I took it to. It languished away in the garage and I continued to take the 7 out because I enjoyed it so much more. I'd probably still be riding the 7 except it ironically had enough of me at T2 EC and needed a little rest in the kitty litter which provided the impetus to get the 636 set up properly.Tinman wrote:

Now, I love the 6, it's set up quite nicely, but I definitely think there's something to be said for older bikes.
