i bought a rear cowl for my zx6r from them, they had the cheapest price i could find and got it in a few working day. called me when it was in and it was a no fuss transaction. this was about a year ago when they were still at gosford so things might have changed since then but my experience with them was good.

I've bought a couple of things from them (I am in gosford regularly for work) and have had great service and been looked after on price. Sorry to hear some others are not happy, but you can't please all the people all the time! It's not humanly possible.

Based on MY experiences, I would have no hesitation in going back there. the owner appears to be a good bloke to boot!!!! :)

It wouldn't be the first time a buyer had learned more info later, had buyer's regret and got pissed off. And it definitely wouldn't be the first time (HA! Or the thousandth time) a salesman told a porky to get a sale - which is why I asked... it's always in the details.
I hope you get it resolved fairly and to your satisfaction.

Interesting story Marksesh - are you following up on it, or did you just decide to cut your losses, move on and send your dollars elsewhere next time?
Moved on, bike still needs work...very dissapointed.. I got some parts off them before this incident and it was quick, cheap and happy days for all.... serviceing leaves a lot to be desired.

You can always look on the positive side. At least you got your back after the so called service. It won't be long before someone loses their entire bike. I stood for 15 minutes in the service area out the back last week and ended up having to walk all the way around the front to get someone. It was lunchtime so I am not complaining. It was just very concerning to see every bike out the back had the keys in the ignition and not a soul to be seen. Not good security in a very quiet location.
