Thanks Cath. I've ridden her up and down the street in first (no gear change). Pretty gutless compared to the 10 but I haven't got over 10,000 yet ( we live in a short street). I figure the fun doesn't start till 12,000.

I was just about to say we'll be in Adelaide then i realised it was a Friday. Might be a goer mate. I probably won't have race glass by then but it's OK as it is.

I'd aslo like to know how he threw it away. The tyres haven't been within an inch of the edge and it hasn't been out in the rain (there's not a patch of road grime on the engine). I'm guessing he's stabbed the brakes going slow, locked the front and whooshka.

Watch this space. For anyone interested I'll be flogging the oringinal tyres shortly, they're pretty well unused

I couldn't help myself yesterday. Pulled her out of the garage and started ripping stuff off the rear ie mudguard, lights etc. Starting to look race already
