The reason we have two seperate logins, is because I HATE people playing with stuff on my desktop. My log in is passworded for that very reason. Nothing to hide, if Sal wants to read my email she can go for it. I just don't like coming back to my computer to find that settings have changed or things have moved.

you would still need to host the calendar on a webDAV server and have mod_dav, an apache module loaded onto it. which is almost an identical solution to publishing your calendar with outlook.

There's the apache win32 thing, im sure it has modules like this available for it (if not already included in the installer).

yeah there are, but what i was getting to was that he would need to install another application (TB) which basically does what outlook already does.

If i keep pushing the exchange idea i might get myself a job to build a server

Still i know what you mean with that. I'm just suggesting other options. But from what you've said, for simplicity's sake having a common .pst may be the best way forward (honestly "simple & effective" is what my missus would be pushing me for). p.s. i think i've run multiple pc's off one .pst on a share drive, it seemed to work without it bitching about exclusive locks though, so it may be worth at least attempting that before writing it off totally.
