The extra head and hence set of eyes means they can be more aware of their surroundings... Thus speeding isnt a big deal as opposed to the other states...

speed get caught loose license..............but a standard across australia re; point loss and fine, would be good....wouldn't it

eyyy Wayne, hows things mate! Pipe is lookin good! Starting to look alot like Mal's bike now! haha. Na not worried about that at all! I doubt we got nabbed and if we did, we were pretty close to other bikes so should be a nice picture of all of us in 1 photo.
Na i think thye make it 10+ over because they acknowledge that the speed cameras cant be 100% perfectly calibrated. I recall reading in the paper that they know its only out by 2-3km/h but they made the limit 10km/h over so they could be more than just sure you are speeding if they nail you!
either way i think thats fair enough, its easy to do a few km/h over the limit which is why it seems to unfair in VIC cause sometimes u just cant help it!

If he hasn't lost the points don't argue, it just means all the state and territory RTAs haven't got their shit in a pile to talk to each other yet. Lucky for my mum

Pay the fine so you don't attract attention and then go with the flow.
