Your warranty is still valid but obviously the tyres are no longer covered.
The issue in this case was that a faulty tyre had to be replaced under the factory warranty, but the OEM tyre is not yet available in Australia.
It goes without saying that KMA would much rather have fitted the OEM tyre.

I read the original thread from Rob, and I didn't think anyone was pissed off with your service?

I'm with Benno, the only thing we're pissed off about is that you haven't opened a Melbourne store yet

or even relocated the Sydaney one

From someone who also used to work in the automotive spare parts game, i feel your pain! It can be hard and very frustrating trying to keep the customer satisfied when your hands are tied due to lack of availibility.
Good to hear it all got sorted out in the end, one way or another, and good on you for coming on here and detailing it for everyone.

I have been using Ron, Craig, Rob and the fellas for a while now, its hard to find people that "go the extra mile" to do the right thing by the customer. I on;ly have good things to say about the service I have recieved. Thats why when people ask where they should go to get stuff done I tell them to go and see Flywheels.
Good customer service results in return business, good to see some people understand this

As with the majority of posts, it’s great to see someone genuinely concerned with customers. It’s a dying service.
Impressive!
Well done

I second that in spades!
The guys have really looked after me as well, from getting an insurance quote out quickly after my little off last year, to Craig lending me his tiedowns to move my tackie recently.
