It will "probably" undergo a feasibility study similar to what happened in teh UK. In the UK they found it would cost something approximating 4 times the revenue it would bring in. In Victoria they will do the same study, find out it will bring in about 1/8th of the forecast revenue they wre hoping to gain, then bring em in anyway...

If this is the basis for the government to make laws the data is flawed
In table 29 they cannot add up to 100 correctly 73+18+10=101 not 100.
It looks like a shit stir to see what reaction the govt will get??
to suck more money out of us
If this was before the courts flawed data no mater how minor would require the matter to be represented correctly
I have never seen a report

with an unknown label on it as the data is to be accounted for 100% can some one please explain this for me
