Of course it wasnt me.....
I am not that stupid....
I hear of too many Motorcyclist accidents everyday, so I wouldnt put myself at that sort of risk...

Craziness!
Seems like a good reason to decrease speed limits further... seems to be the way. Someone crashes while completely flouting the speed limit, so the limit is dropped further when the original figure was already too low in most cases.
