It sounds horn, I can confirm that. Quality is good, right up there with Akra's and my Arata. Then again, ol Eric doesn't mind a loud pipeGosling1 wrote:Arrow Exhausts - Mick got this one from Italy, I think that is where they are made ?? Its the competition pipe![]()
farken loud as anyone who has ridden behind this bike will tell you.
I think it was about $1200 landed here ??? Really good quality - better than just about any other pipe I have seen.
Did that quite a while ago and got no responsePhil wrote:You could always email Link here in Australia and get a price?
It was about 16 pieces altogether I think ? 4 seperate flange fittings, 4 individual header pipes, 2 mid-pipe Y-sections into a further single mid-pipe section, then the muffler section. 4 sets of individual springs.....this was the 'track-only' version. It also came with a tube of fitting grease - the clearances are so tight between all the individual parts, that you have to use this grease to get it all together. Really good quality build. I think Mick had to pay a bit of duty but it wasn't that much - he got this system not long after he got the bike from Wattie.rooster wrote:....... Do you have the part numbers because I am sure it comes as 3 or 4 separate items, header. exchanger, connector, end can and whether its the race (good) or street version, did he have to pay any duty when it landed ? being over $1000.00 I'm think there might be.......
My Arata is the same, in fact the mechanic who tunes it now was telling me that it may need one, and then he ran it on the dyno and said....."well, just goes to show I don't know everything, that's almost perfect"Gosling1 wrote:the bike has never felt like it needed a Power Commander either, the power delivery was really good with this system straight out of the box.
