As for turbo lag, not really. I've got it running with a K&N filter on the turbo snout, blow off valve ( quiet one, not one from a 'doof doof' car, sounds more like a canary farting) and the computer in race mode. Now to sort the suspension befor I go looking for anymore horse-power. I just bought a complete front-end from a '04 Gsxr 1000, that should settle the front, the back is still a work in progress. There's nothing quite like the roar of a turbo winding up from an open exhaust.

Welcome aboard. Seen one of those 80s turbos smoke the rear tyre on a dyno rolling road once - awesome sight.
