Good to hear you are getting your bike back Bobbie unfortunately it will be broken. :(

Unfortunately the powers that be will add it to the statistics as a speed related motorcycle fatality not just some thieving asshole getting bitten by something he shouldn't have touched.

Theiven shit ....wonder if you can hit up his grieving family for compensation of your bike... & rub it in a bit... show no compassion just like he did when he stole your wheels

Sorry to hear Bobbi, I wish it was better news on the return of Randy.

As for the rider, I hope it was the thief not some innocent who was duped.

on the media release it says

"A 36-year-old man has died after he came off the motorcycle he was riding at Marsden this morning"

obviously it was changed after they figured the bike was stolen.

karma is a biatch.

Bobbi,
may I suggest a phone call to a no win - no fee type lawyer and sue his estate for the damages/trauma caused by your loss
It's very sad but at least it saves one of us from serving time........we'd have killed the carnt if we'd caught him on the bike

I know I'm only new to this site and I'm not usually outspoken I just had to say something about this post.

It's very sad that Randy got stolen and yes the rider is a scumbag thief, but.......... he wasn't a child molestor, or a wife beater or a murderer (gawd, I hope he wasn't anyway), he didn't deserve to die and some of the comments on here are quite callous.

Not too much abuse please, I'm actually quite a nice person

Nah, I'm all for theiving scum getting what's coming for them.

Most of these halfwits don't just steal bikes. They either steal other peoples vehicles to go on and commit other crime, or stealing bikes is just another of their tricks.

ur probably right about this he didnt deserve to be killed just severly mangled, wheel chair bound or something worse. at least that way it would stop this low life ripping other people off. in other countries u would get ur hand cut off for steelig a loaf of bread, ya learn ur lesson then
it kinda like a natural justice
on the other hand if it was some schmuck who brought it off the person and didnt no it was stolen RIP

I guess waht's done is done and now can't be undone, i'm with the post above, wheelchair bound would be fine (if he was indeed the thief) but death is kinda final...

Hope Randy was insured and then I guess you just need to nut out if he's worth fixing or his days are over...

Come to Halls Gap Bobbi we'll cheer you up for a bit anyways :D
