Yeah mate. Had a little front on altercation with an errant tin topper on a fast sweeping right hander. Foot was smashed! Take note of the custom made cruiser style running board! It was made out of an Exhause heat sheild from a small car and lockwired to the footpeg and frame. The crutches (take Note of this Wattie as it will answer your question  ) slid down onto the crankcases of my GSXR1100H and tied up to my gearsack rack with an ocky strap.

I did a ride day at phillip island like this

Lexy has a '79 Yamahaha AG100 - so she classifies for this section too. All I have to do is rebuild the engine and gearbox, and a few gallons of blue gaskit and it'll be a goer ;)

hmmm A1R's if my memory serves me right and it does, my old mate Daryl Moller, (used to own Mollers Kawasaki on sunshine coast) still has two pristine examples under his house, Moll aquired them from Geoff a kiwi mechanic he had working for him back in the 80's who had them in NZ, they have been sitting there ever since as Moll's intention was to race them at historic meetings, but they closed lakeside down... will go for a ride to nambour this week and see if he still in fact still has them, i cant see him having got rid of them.
