My friend manages a pub with 5 large screens, only disadvantage is the pub shuts at 9pm on Sundays so after that we have to keep getting up to go to the fridge for a drink.. :?

You then discover that to get the Comedy channel you need the lifestyle package and to get Nickelodeon for the kids you need another package. Clever bastards. We ended up just getting the lot for $100.

I was always really anti Foxtel but now I wouldn't be without it. There is a lot of shit but theres also a lot of good stuff.
Thats true glen ... what happened to us is start on a small package then more chanels are released & you have to pay more to get them ... its a shame you cant pick chanels you want based on a set rate per chanel :?
Clever selling. We got the lot for the first month. Oldest son watches the Comedy Channel, Oldest daughter watches the music, and youngest daughter watches Nickelodeon so we end up with the lot permanently. The stupid old fart that pays for it has guaranteed non debateable access on Sunday nights from 7.30 on during bike race season
