10 volts is not enuf....

a battery when cranking needs abt 13v give or take...

when a generator/stator charges a batttery it pumps out abt 18v.. the regulator converts that back to a nice, usable 14v so it does FRY ur battery....

if its not getting a nice 13v, either 1 of 2 things is happening..that i can see....

1.stator/generator is NOT charging

2. voltage regulator is cutting down too much power.

either one could be the issue...if he has put new reg in then yea maybe its the stator/generator...

hows he goin??

pfft hondas... my bike could make that trip and it has less than 45 psi compression on 2 cylinders!!!

he is going good.
the bike is still running so thats a bonus.

yeh i know nikos lol i told him that what eh gets for buying a honda.. lol

he is selling it as soon as he gets home he thinks and stickin to the z
