OK that's enough fun - starting to feel mean now

It's a photochop job that the missus did for me believe it or not - no way I could get her to REALLY paint the bike.
I will say though that after seeing her work it's a distinct possibility it'll happen for real sometime

Sorry to pull your chains so long guys - I figured someone would realise though. Particularly noticing that the scratches in the paint around the JetPilot sticker ARE STILL THERE

Actually yes.
It regularly gets parked at the station in the pushbike ranks - the lock locks the helmet to the bike and to the rank so noone can pinch either the helmet or the bike.
But mostly it's to lock the helmet to the bike so I don't have to cart it around all day.
