The HR usually drops his speed 5km and does a tyre warm up weave. Cars tend to freak at the "wobbly bike" and back off. Have tried it myself and have to say it seems to work.

Mind you with my helment they probably think I'm a skinhead loony or sumfing.....

You are not getting old and cranky, but if you are i'm in the same boat  .It pisses me off that these idiots can get away with it and nothing can be done, untill it's too late  .

My way of slowing down to 20% of the speed limit then if they do get past the one finger salute. If they have to sit behind me i will give them the wave then ride to the speed limit (i not the biggest person to get off the bike at about 5'4"). Usualy they realise why i did it.
Even in the car a quick tap on the brake pedal is a bit of a wake up call.

I think if the plate is recorded and a complaint sent to the police sometimes they will pay a visit to the idiot concerned. They have done it to a mate for "irresponsible behavior" while driving.

I was tailgated by b double one night at 10:30pm

the farkwit would not slow down and i was gunna pull over but feared that as i slowed down the wind and force of the truck mya drop me.......so i out ran him...i wont mention what speed i did in a 50zone but put it this way the bastard would not give up so i was hoping a cop was waiting in the bushes with radar

then he farked off at the next ntersection.....was tempted to follow and smakc the fark out of him but the voice inside me said, JUST GO HOME!

which i did

we should have a james bond specialblack oil release dispersal unit disguised on the rear of our bikes that with a push of a button lets out sticky black gush of oil all ovet the offending car/trucks windscreen.

the the community wonders why bikers are rough and tumble...........i say bring on the mad max theme.

mounting chains and crossbows on the gpx today along with a laser guided missle launcher for bdoubles

I dont know if I am old.... but I am certainly cranky...

riding along the motorway this morning, not filtering or anything..... But I was in the inside most lane (usually the fast lane, but during rush hour traffic its all pretty much teh same)..... I stay very much to the right hand side in case some dimwit decides to change langes into me (happens from time to time).......

Anyways, riding along, when suddenly out of my peripheral vision I notice that the hood of a car is along side my rear footpeg!!!!!!!!!!!!....

It was some STUPID F(*&U(*&ING woman who need a good loud verbal lesson in road safety........

I tend to always give the benefit of the doubt when Im on the road.
In my experience and contrary to what I was told in the forces
"Ignorence is an excuse".
If the car driver realises they have cocked up and shows it, it can be
detrimental to infer violence. Makes them feel the victem and so no lesson learnt or apathy for the rider felt.

Cant really kinghit a fuckwit female driver can we or even infer it.

In 23 years of riding there have only been 2 instances through obvious contempt for other road users where violencewas offered and delivered and in both instances I believe the social attributes of both young gentlemen gained more defined boundaries 8)

and if its a semi up your arse change up to third
