C'mon mike you should be seeting a better 'xample for the kids.

Hope it all heals up soon Mike. Get the Hydrogen Peroxide out for that gravel :shock:

Interestingly my young bloke raced Motocross and had some largish off's but his worst injuries by far have been broken bones and gravel rash from jumping his BMX. So far he's up to 2 broken feet, Gravel rash on face (with a helmet on), same all down one side of his back, so many gravel rash's on his arma and legs I've lost count, stuffed knee's, elbows and whatever else.... and he's fairly good at it.

Stick with motorbicycles, their safer.
