From memory, the sign at the Orbost end of the Bonang says "<twisty road> Next 90km". The 40km-of-dirt clue tells me the sign in the pic might be on the Barry Way, between Jindabyne and Buchan.

i know cause i was there and i checked it again this year and its still there.
and yes there is gravel on the tared bits
that dirt section is without a doubt the shittiest piece of dirt road I have ever been on.
