Thanks guy but it looks like its going to be adjourned again :evil: because my soliciter didnt know i wanted him to represent me, he sent a letter just after court to my old address and the bitch there didnt let me know i had mail.... So he is sending someone down to court to get it adjourned to a date he can represnt me.... NOT FUCKING HAPPY JAN!!!!!!!!!!

Well things may have changed, had a talk to one of the directors at work who happens to be a barristor, He said he is going to be at the same court tomorrow so he is going to try and work something out for me, as he pretty much already knows my case as ive been telling about it after each court hearing, so hopefully he may help me out tomorrow....
