Can you try and match his actual number Font? It would look great if it was the same font as on his bike, or close to it.

I'll take whatevs... But I'd think it easier if the design was kept as square as possible so it will fit the curves of a helmet...

We would digitally print & cut so any shape is possible including contour, what size do you think Owen? within 70mm x 70mm possibly?
