A very long term and close friend of mine who is a senior sergeant in the victoria police disagrees with you entirely. My post is based on the methods he has shared with me, which he utilises to apprehend criminals. I tend to not speak without some factual basis and while I am in no way attempting to portray any thorough working knowledge of modern policing, I tend to see his rationale as rather logical. But, you very obviously have a much more thorough working knowledge than he and I should forever discard any information he passes on regarding his methods. Best you get back to reloading the film in your wheelie bins.

Like most criminals, eventually they farkup themselves. I bet the farken coppers were hiding in the bushes and pulled the thief over for speeding Now they can not only fill their quoter, but get a pat on the back for recovery of stolen goods.
