All good here Frog ... Well .... was until I came to this thread .. .now I have a craving

Always harder on Wednesday arvos when I kick back with a drink or more ... although I came through like a trooper on Sunday night ... having drunk my way through a whole bottle of scotch .. .very respectable hang over the next morning, but no a durrie in sight!

Glad to hear Jonno still on the waggon . ... we know it aint easy mate, but the cravings get less n less.

Hey .... I heard on the radio yesterday that nicotine is more addictive than heroine ...... does this mean that if I can ditch the fags ... then heroine is a no brainer? !!!! ..... Those druggies got NUTHIN !!!!!

the Mrs. and I are quitting both the ciggies and 'special ciggies' next Monday the 7th of June..
We set that date 2 weeks ago and have been cutting down since and creating a calender of things to do to take our mind of the big quit!
Activites like:
- Gym
- Ice Skating
- Going for a run (we will start out walking) lol
- Going for a ride!
- Tennis

Any other suggestions??

activities are good... but if you are a big computer user make sure you find wonderful websites to keep you busy... (online games/solitair/posting to ksrc etc)

Going good mate 2weeks today and getting easier everyday. To celebrate did the MS fun run 8km in 56min

I fell off the wagon. Attended a party and had a few jack and coke, by the third I had scabbed a smoke and later on bought a pack...

I've set myself a new date of Tuesday morning so gonna try this again

my apetite is gone, probably from the lack of being consistantly stonned!!
sleep lastnight wasnt easy.. to say the least!!
went ice skating lastnight with the Mrs. it was good, definately exhausted us and took our minds of the cravings but now my legs are fuking killing me!! oh well, hopefuly they'll take my mind of the cravings too lol
all in all, going well.. not as bad as i thought it would be but i guess its only early days

Cheers mate, some people have been known to really struggle with it
many underestimate the effects it can have on your system, mental & phyiscal
people used to tell me weed isnt addictive.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
