Start with undoing the screw cap.
Get a nice crystal glass and some ice. Pour.
Repeat x5
Replace nice crystal glass with an everyday glass. Add ice. Pour
Repeat x4
Replace everyday glass with a cheapie plastic cup. Add ice. Pour
Repeat x8
Replace cheapie plastic cup with a kiddy sippy cup. Forget the ice. Pour.
Repeat x4
Lose sippy cup.
Put straw in bottle. Cuddle bottle. Whisper sweet nothings into the bottle.
Give bottle a little tongue action. Once empty look longingly into the bottle opening and get a baaaaad idea in your head....
Repeat bad idea x2

Also ... does "by ones-self" apply if you are posting and conversing with others in cyber-space ??????
