Perhaps if they spent less time raising revenue on the roads and more time interacting with the local communities (which is where all the good police work is done) they may have less incidents of theft and perhaps even more of an idea of who did it!!! However, Aardy, I get the fact that you are merely a puppet on which your bosses pull the strings, so I am not laying any blame at your feet.

Interesting to note that he thinks that talking to the good people in the community will result in less crime and more apprehensions.
