Brendan...it takes a long time and dedication to become a truly hardcore Kawasaki rider..

Firstly, The only advice I can give you is firstly you have alot to do to hone your riding abilities..this does not mean go faster and faster. Invest some time in learning about how to handle your bike, it's braking abilities and your bike steering abilities, and about being a safe road rider. True competance on a motorcycle is step 1. Have you noticed all the HCSC are experienced riders and make each other feel safe when in each others company. There is no easy way, just time in the saddle is what does it, but it is very rewarding when you gain confidence on the bike.

Secondly, there is a certain maturity level required to hold a position of great importance, this comes with age and experience, and I feel you have some development required in this area, mind you it is great you are enthusiastic, although sometimes a little misdirected. People will recommend you for the HCSC, and you will have to speak with members of the HCSC regarding what next steps you can take to gain their trust an become part of the team.

Thirdly, Knowledge of motorcycles, how to maintain them, how to care for them, what to do to them. This again is time, but will become rewarding as you learn your craft.

I will give you an indication when the time is right..but it is not something just handed out willy nilly. We have known each other, in some instances 5+ years, as you can see it takes time..

I look forward to your personal and motorcycle skills development, however dont rush, just take your time..

Thats OK mate, best to ask.

Knowledge is the key, any advice you recieve brings you a step closer, I would encourage you to seek feedback from members and listen to it, as this is what will see you develop.
