Thinking about doing a lap of the South Island of NZ early to mid December this year. Probably hire bikes rather than transport my own and spend 7 - 10 days. There are plenty of options like going fully guided, self guided or just hire a bike and ride. I have researched the top motorcycle roads in NZ and tour and motorcycle providers etc. so have a few ideas but interested if anyone has any experiences or tips? ..... or sheep jokes
