Just a few more new additions to the ZX6, but all important ones !!

Fitted the new model Annitori Quickshifter, actually tested that last track day, what a massive difference..!!

Also got the correct rear sprocket now, plus a few extra's for both Broadford and Phillip Island.... so happy there...

Installed the Ohlins TTX yesterday, sprung for my weight - now just got to set it up... :-)

Cant wait till end of August for the 'Winter Break' to be over, then we are back at the island...

Loving the ZX6...

We might need to put a quick shifter on mine to level that playing field.....

The black panel on under the white fairing. Is that after market?
And if so do you still have the silencer box on?
Im looking for a panel to up the empty space where my exhaust comes out after removing the heat shield to theexhaust. Great build btw

Hey Philbo,

These fairings are aftermarket 'race' fairings.. made of fibreglass not plastic... so the belly pan is a totally enclosed unit..

I am running the 3/4 Akrapovic exhast using the stock headers but with the cat removed, so no muffler box there at all..

Happy to help you with any other questions.. :-)

Awesome day at the track yesterday, first day back after the Winter break !!..

Got the Ohlins TTX dialed in nicely, and even though it was a cold track, I had excellent tyre wear. An immediate improvement from the stock shock :D

Had to do a few more small tweaks with the foot controls mainly, but everything else felt perfect. This is a really fast feeling bike. Gearing is now spot on, just more time in the saddle getting faster...

Once I have used up all my Dunlop D211's I will move onto the Dunlop KR108 slicks and then start pushing for better lap times.. probably by October / November by then when the weather will be warmer too ;)

Overall this has been a very enjoyable build up, fantastic bike... very happy... :kuda:

Now looking at doing another 2013 Triumph 675 !! and comparing the 2 bikes side by side...
