the clutch and brakes have no pressure, would bleeding only do the job,or will I need kits to re-new ? lastly, where is the best place to get parts, other than gpz zone ?

hi. I have a 84. a1 900r. it is in good original condition, except- 4 into 1, and slightly different paint work. it is red, silver black. it is showing 69,000kms. but has,nt been started for 3 years. whoops. in that time I had a 99 divvy 900,and traded that for a 08 hyo gt650s. what will I need to do to get it running. ie. how can I easily clean the carbs,would aerostart or similar help? the cam chain is getting noisy, should I try a new tensioner first ? any-one done the starting gear/ring job, and are parts expensive ?
