The law is there to say its unsafe to pass over wise clowns with no common sense would have head ons everywhere. Just because it is easy to do on a bike doesn't mean that there is enough room and vision for an old beat up Datsun to build up speed and do it. The road rules aren't writing with just us in mind.

Oh and I have seen way to may bikes push the limits even on broken lines let alone unbroken
It's the extortionist price that my main complaint is about
I new he could have followed....just didn't care, took the gamble and lost. Where I overtook a semi could have gotten around, he gave the usual lecture but as
I pointed out to him, I'll cop it sweet but spare me the lecture as I have survived 30 year's of cage drivers trying to kill me.
Tell it to the youngies who will listen as intently as I am
He took so bloody long we ended up talking about how much he hates the Government and thinks the fines and demerits are over the top, not that it helped me at all,
he's still a robot incapable of using his noggin. Cost me a lot of money and will have the opposite effect that a warning would have ;)

No complaints here, most of the rules are designed to cater for the lowest common demoninator and dont cater for different capabilities of vehicle or operator. (some exceptions)

I make my own choices and am happy to do so.

The price is a reflection of the seriousness of the offence and the lecture is an optional extra at no cost :D
06 zx10r - road
99 zx7r - trackie
77 z1000 - project

*Howard is teaching seiko Chinese*.
Howard: You know, I'm really glad you decided to learn Mandarin.
seiko: Why?
Howard: Once you're fluent, you'll have a billion more people to annoy instead of me.
